The standard rate covers a commercial loading dock handoff. Tailgate (liftgate), inside delivery, residential delivery, limited-access addresses, and notification/appointment delivery are all billed back to the retailer at carrier-published rates after the carrier invoices us. If you need any of these, mention it before we ship and we'll quote the accessorial up front.

No. Wholesale orders are non-returnable for buyers remorse. If you ordered the wrong size, email wholesale@veryplants.com; we sometimes can swap on your next order.

MAP = Minimum Advertised Price. It's the lowest price you can ADVERTISE a Veryplants product, set equal to MSRP. You can sell at any price you choose; you just can't ADVERTISE below MAP. The full policy is at /map-policy/.

Yes. MAP applies with full force to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Faire, Wayfair, and any online channel that displays a price to consumers. The Amazon Buy Box price, strikethrough price, and any sponsored ad copy must all comply.

No. Every order is paid up-front at checkout via card or ACH. This keeps overhead low and our wholesale prices closer to manufacturer-direct.

Credit cards (not debit) are subject to a 3% surcharge to cover interchange. ACH and debit cards have no surcharge. The number is shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm.

The mixes are made from coconut coir, orchid bark, perlite, pumice, akadama, lava rock, biochar, worm castings, and pH-balanced amendments, with beneficial microbe inoculation. They are pest-free and chemical-free. They are not OMRI-listed organic. Coconut coir is a renewable byproduct of the coconut industry and a peat-free alternative; we choose it specifically because peat extraction has a heavy environmental footprint.
