Damaged or short shipments.
If a shipment arrives damaged or short, photograph the issue and email wholesale@veryplants.com within 30 days of receipt. We replace damaged stock at no charge or credit your account.
We do not accept buyers-remorse returns of unopened wholesale stock. If you ordered the wrong size, email us; we sometimes can swap on your next order.
